He was upfront about a few concerns, which showed me he cared about the quality of his product and his customer’s satisfaction. The programs turned out better than expected. Sean not only printed them on higher quality paper than we requested, he trimmed the edges off of the inserts (I would have had to do them by hand) and he even printed a few extras for our benefit.
